Creating deforce Strand based hair

I know how to apply dforce to normal texturebased "haircard" hair and I also have experimented with Strand based hair. But how do I create deforce Strand based hair? -I mean create not merely use.

Instructions and help are nowhere to be found!

    Only Daz PAs have the tools to create strand-based dForce hair.
