i want to  just to remove [FW Hillary HD for Genesis 3 Female's] her mole i do not know how 

found one on her arm when i was looking back on her left arm i do not know if there is more

You could try copying the material settings to a new Decal node, then use the offse values in the Tiling group to move everything around and adjust the scale (use a fractional value for repeats) to get a clean area of skin and position it to project onto the area you wish to lose. You might need to add an opacity map that is white in the middle and fades to black to belnd the edges. Otherwise you would need to make copies of all the maps that show the moles, copy a non-mole area of each 9the same for each map), paste ir over the mole, and save as a new set of images - then use the Surfaces pane to replace the supplied images for each proerpty with your modified version.
