How to remove odd glute bump

I am using the jeans from OOT Mega Wardrobe with Sakura 8, but I noticed an odd bump appears on the tail-bone area. I've attached a photo.

What causes this, and is there something I can do to fix it? So far I've tried fiddling around with smoothing settings with mixed results, used the Fit Control product (no successs) and tried to adjust (reduced) the weight maps for the pelvis part of the pants with no discernable change. I will say I am a novice with the weight mapping so maybe I did it wrong
