Mentioning / publicizing other people's freebies

A forum question: am I allowed to post about some (fantastic) freebie character I found in another site? If so, should I do it here or in the "freebies" forum? The question seems obvious, but the description of the freebies forum is "Share YOUR self-created freebie here for everyone to enjoy." smiley

    I have noticed that in the description but nobody pays it any mind, I am not sure it always said that though.

    I have posted links to freebies elsewhere on the forum and had them moved here too.
