Using Daz3d characters to make NFTs legal

Hi, just wanted to ask if using Daz3d characters and items I buy from the makeplace as 2d nfts is legal?

There are a few exceptions - the old Anne Marie Goddard Digitial Clone for Victoria 3 and cotnent from Flipped Normals come to mind, they should all have a note on the product page - but generally your 2D renders of 3D content are yours to use as you wish, including for commercial purposes.
