HD Orca/"Killer Whale"

So, I just bought this model, and it's ok, but it really suffers under close ups, especially around the head, which is understandable, the entire package is only less than 4 mb.

Given, how iconic Orcas are in popular culture, perhaps it's time for an HD Orca?

Yeah, that one was released in 2009, so it is quite a bit long in the tooth.

If you are in need of one right now, there are a few hundred at the normal 3D market sites https://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Index.cfm?keyword=orca&media_typeid=2

I wish somebody could take one of the turbosquid models, set up the rigging and materials to be natively friendly with DAZ Studio, and sell it. I would pay for that.

I bought one rigged figure off of Turbosquid, imported it into Poser Pro, and then imported that into DAZ Studio. The rig was workable although I had to and still need to do a lot of polishing on it, it's really messy.

I'd much rather just buy something that works 'straight out of the box'.

I wonder if you can improve skin with some shaders.
