Looking for high quality PBR skin with a large mole on upper breast

I am looking for a high quality PBR skin, like Victoria 8.1 quality, with a large mole on top of the breast. This story involves no nudity so this mole should be visible with a low cut dress. Agma comes close to what I am looking for, if only the skin was of Victoria 8.1 quality.
