Problems when bringing stuff back from Zbrush to Daz3d

Hi Guys, I hope you're all good

I've been trying to make my own boots to use in Daz3d for GF8 model, I've taken pictures to show what happens

I use Assets - Transfer Utility to connect the body to boot, but when I use the foot movement, the below is what I get

Am I missing something basic to stop this happening?

I hope it is easy & some one can help!

    Transfer Utility will generally only get you so far when creating conforming items. You'll generally need to at least adjust the weight map with the weight map brush tool (Alt+Shift+W), and may need to create some JCMs.
