Can someone tell my why my Carrara landscapes have this strange pattern?

Using the landscape wizard, I get a weird pattern in the lower part of the terrain. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks!

Those are fields (!) Pick one of the shaders that isn't farmland
hehehe...wow, I fill like an idot!
Thanks!
Don't worry, it happened to me too. Those shaders don't always look much like their thumbnails.
Ah that is what it is meant to be, I am always swapping out that one for another shader.
Easy enough btw as they are layers determined by the height distribution parameters where they fall, in the wizard you can choose another shader for each layer or make your own multichannel one using textures, operators whatever.
OK, Thanks for the explanation. I am still laughing at myself. Carrara has a lot of great tools that I am trying to wrap my head around.
That's a good one to pick apart to learn about how you can use elevations to get different effects. Even if you don't like the pattern, you delete that and insert your own shader.
