8 to 8.5 conniption

Has anyone else had the following problem? I submitted a ticket for this in 2013. No relief.
The problem is, I have not been able to use the latest build of 8.5pro (paid for, of course) because
it will not show properly on 2 monitors. I have uninstalled, 8, 8.5, re-installed, tried new graphics cards, and
no matter what, I am blanked out, as shown in the image below
