Help with shoes?

Think i have this posted in correct area if not my apologies

I am new to working with hexagon, and am having trouble creating shoes does anyone have any tips or know of good tutorials for it or anything that could help please?

    A Google search "modelling shoes in hexagon" brought up three hits on the first page
