Paypal bug?

Hi! Wanted to purchase the PC Annual with paypal. after the Login-page Paypal says that I should go back to the vendor and change my settings. Any ideas?

    Try purchasing a gift card for the price of the membership. If that works, you can use the gift card code to purchase the membership.
