V4 pose converted to G2F breaks mesh at hands -- how to fix?

The one shown in the screencap looked pretty good when I applied it; I just used the Pose Control to Straight Left Hand and Straighten Right Hand into the negative to fix the fingers. What's going on here? What can I do to fix it?
Thanks.
