How do I use V4 face morphs on V6 G2F?

I have V4 characters purchased from renderosity.com. I used to be able to load it on a V4.2 figure, save as a shape preset, then load it on V6 but something's not working right. The body morphs load ok but not the face.

I recently upgraded to 4.7 not sure if that makes a difference but I'll throw it out there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you so much!

    You used GenX 2 to transfer the morphs? Otherwise they wouldn't work, but you don't mention that step.
