Installing City Road Builder add-on in Blender - Help, please

I got the City Road Builder today, and I am wondering what path I would have to take in order to install the add-on to Blender?

    Well, the normal way, is to put the zip somewhere you can find it easily. Then open blender, go to edit > preferences > addons, click install button, then navigate to the zip. Once it is installed, check it. Not every single addon is that easy, but most are installed that way.

    Okay, I got the add-on installed, and it should be in the path:

    3D View => Tools => City Road

    However, I cannot find the 3D View nor Tools menu anywhere in Blender.  I am presently using the 2.93 version.

    The 3D Viewport is the main, large window in which you see all your 3D objects. Some window types, 3D Viewport included, have special panels that pop up when you hit the n key. I think you are saying that the docs say that your plugin in on this N-Panel, which will have several tabs on it.

    Hit n again to make it go away.
