    Well the light setup is very simple. Basically a large-ish low intensity emissive plane as a front fill, some environment light/reflections and an emissive cube as the rim light, high intensity and warm (3000K). The cube is about 20cm but raised a meter above floor level and scaled along the y axis to reach a bit over her head.  Then there's an invisible ground floor to catch some bounce light.

    In post I just duplicated the layer, desaturated and adjusted curves to isolate the highlights (more or less), then used multiply if memory seves me right. Or maybe it was overlay:)
