I want to export only one dragon to use as an obj file in Bryce. How do I select and export only one dragon?

I normally close the visiblity (the eye) next to what I don't want to export and make sure what I want to export is selected. If you still have trouble, I recommend, just loading one dragon in DS to narrow your export field.
