I just shelled out 80AUD for flea treatment for my cats, OMG it's dear to safely kill those critters
(safely for cats that is, I am pretty sure normal insecticide works fine on other nonliving objects)
Yep, pets ain't cheap - recently paid $1600 for 2 tumour removals, 3 teeth extractions and a teeth cleaning !!! Fortunately tumour testing revealed that they were benign !
G9 after using SimTenero Randomizer2 in DAZ Studio. Saved as a Shape preset in DAZ Studio which was applied to the figure in Carrara as well as the eyes to get it to work.

Great stuff, as always, Bunyip. I especially like your most recent alien.
I have been playing with Carrara's native toon filter again. Here is a side by side with a vintage Dan DeCarlo cartoon. Trying to get a similar effect as Dan DeCarlo with zero postwork so that I can try animating in that toon style. Experimenting with combining Carrara's native toon pro render filter with the GMIC render filters, but this is entirely Carrara native toon pro. Not satisfied with the toon effect for the man's mouth and teeth. Almost all of the scene elements are from the Daz store or a primitive. I did use the spline modeler to make the keys. Figures are G2F and G2M with dialed Daz morphs.
BTW - The CEO's eyebrows were a problem. At first, I tried to grow hair on the brow, then use Philemo's plugin to make mesh, and then use the Daz Studio transfer utility to conform the converted hair mesh to conforming - only to have major hassle getting conforming face elements to follow expressions. Ultimately, I simply created a new shading domain on the face for the brows. Balancing a lot of trade-offs trying to get the effects I am going for. The thread on the hair-to-mesh-to-expressions issue, for which I am everlastingly grateful to Wendy for providing a variety of options, can be found here. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/654501/genesis-figures-custom-conforming-eyebrow-prop-not-always-follow-face-morphs
Thanks !!!
Very nice work !!

great work.. your settings worked perfectly
I wonder what the suggestion was....
Great to see more updates, Bunyip. Looking good!
Thank you for the comments on the DeCarlo toon style, Bunyip and Stezza. Hope to do some more experimenting soon.
Another experiment with partial color and partial black/white.
Fabulous - the blue head is the first thing you notice then your eyes start exploring the rest of the scene !!!
