configuration file missing

Just downloaded Mimic Live (Daz3d 4.7) and a window pops up wanting a configuration file for each character.
Question: Did I lose something on the Mimic download, or do these files download with the characters. How do I get them and where do they go?
I've tried Genesis 2 and the mouse from 3D universal.

    The DMC file, if there is one, will usually come with the figure - in some cases as a separate package.

    they used to work with lip sink in 4.6 or is that something different?
