change backdrop missing from 4.7

I noticed that the change backdrop function is missing from the edit tab of the main menu. Was it removed completely or just placed somewhere else? This is something that I used a lot to place my own landscape images in scenes. Any help on where it went would be appreciated.

    It has been moved to Window > Pane > Environment

    Note that where the pane is, or whether it is open, will depend on the layout you use (and on whether you have customised it).

    Nothing has been announced, though there have been a couple of third-party tools that will work with a sequence of images.
