Mattress Pack & Square Pillow

A set of 11 mattresses with different shapes and patterns; preset to fit the bed I posted, but can be easily resized to fit other frames. I played around with shapes and patterns in blender, some turned out decent, others are pretty awful.

I had 2 other mattresses done, but something went wrong when I exported to obj - the saved files were around 20-40kb and there was nothing in them. Is this some bug, or did I do something wrong during export? By the time I realized this, they were gone since I didn't bother to save the blender files.
