dynamic breasts for daz figures in blender
At diffeomorphic I was asked about dynamic breasts in blender. Personally I find it hard to use either cloth with pressure or softbody for this. But there's a nice addon that's straightforward to use and it's quite convincing in my opinion. It gets both bouncing and gravity effects. While collision is limited to bones so you'll get bouncing by collision, but you'll not get breasts deformations by collision. This is where cloth with pressure or softbody would come in handy.

IMPORTANT. If you use diffeomorphic be sure to make all bones posable first, otherwise you can't pose the pectoral bones because they are driven.
So here's a quick review of the addon targeted at daz figures. Will try to comply with the forum policy for nudity.
After installing the addon you get a spring bones panel. For daz figures you just have to select the pectoral bones and check the "spring" and "rotation" options. Also "is colliding" if you want to collide the pectoral bones with other bones in the rig. After that it is enough to press "interactive mode" to play in the viewport, or "animation mode" to get the spring bones react to keyframes. Yes, it is really that easy.
The parameters below will give you a convincing effect for "free" breasts. While for "dressed" breasts you may want to limit the bouncy and gravity parameters.
Also below an example where I added a "stick" bone to the rig to play with colliison. Be aware that collision is not that precise that's why I used a 10 cm distance. In the image below you can see that the pectoral bone reacts to the stick.

Blender add-on: Wiggle Bones - BlenderNation
No idea whether this will play nice with Diffeo though.
Yes, Wiggle Bones works well with rigify. I prefer it to Spring Bones but both can accomplish dynamic breasts with relative ease.
i have a problem with my breast bones that seem to face forward when i move the character. this prevents me from being able to pose the character in poses that involves twisting the torso or even if its to just face the character backwards as the bones tend to face the forward direction which causes big deformations in the breast when rotating or moving from any of the axis....
@potatopealor Just tested it and works fine both in blender 2.93 and 3.0. I do see a glitch when rewinding the animation, to fix it press "stop" then "start animation mode" again.
Be sure to make all bones posable.
