V-Wing Interceptor RELEASED [Commercial]
TALON V-Wing Interceptor [RELEASED]
This is something of a relaunch of this product, have been away from Daz for a while and this went off the market due to my inactivity, so now this Star Wars inspired starfighter design is back. And just in time I might add, for Star Wars Day (May 4th). She's due for release on May 2nd, so keep your eyes peeled for it.
Now here's the blurb...
The TALON V-Wing Interceptor is an original design, influenced by the design aesthetic of the Star Wars universe. It is designed to fit right in and look at home beside Rebel starfighters such as the X-Wing and A-Wing.
The idea behind this design is to enhance the Rebel Alliance's interceptor squadrons. The A-Wing has proven effective in this role, but the addition of the V-Wing to the fleet will give them a Heavy Interceptor, not much physically bigger than an A-Wing but heavier in pure stopping power. A pair of wing-mounted repeating laser cannons allow it to throw up a deadly wall of hot light, tearing through most starfighters that the Empire employs. But most importantly, it should make short work of most Imperial bombers. The cannons will be complemented by 4 concussion missile tubes, which should mean that this little starfighter should be able to punch way above its weight. Though with room only for a small ordnance payload and issues with cooling the cannons, it'll take a skilled pilot to make the most of what this ship has to offer.
This model features rigged, moving components that can be controlled using Daz 3d's Pose Controls, including opening canopy/hatch, working landing gear and associated hatches, spinning turbine blades in the engine intakes, variable wing configurations for landing and flight modes, clean and battle worn textures, and last but not least, a seated pilot Pose Preset configured for a Genesis 3 or 8 figure.
This is only the first of many products I have planned for release. Look out for more sci-fi inspired products to come, environments and more vehicles that I think you're really going to like.

What exactly does it mean when you say that you "relaunched" the product? I bought this awesome fighter a couple years ago, but the product page does not show that I have it already. Why did Daz create a new store page for it?
Like I said above, due to an extended period of inactivity on my part, I guess they just took the product off the market. When I came back I found that the product no longer appeared in the shop, and that I had to now resubmit it to put it up for sale again. I'm not sure what the crack is if you've already bought it. You should still be able to use the original one, but this one is now probably being treated as a brand new product by the store because it had to go through the whole submission process again.
Thanks by the way, for buying my product the first time around. It is appreciated.
Thanks for the reply! The one I bought is still in my product library, so I assume I could install it on a new PC if necessary down the road. It just doesn't link to the store page.
You're welcome.
