any animations for toon generations packs

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but i was just wondering if there is any toon generation aniblocks cause every time i do it
it doesn't work out for me and i absolutely love the toon stuff it would be so cool if anyone can come out with aniblocks just like victoria 4 has
or if no-one is going to do it is there a tutorial on how to animate toon generation cos i couldn't find that either
