Old man warts + Hacienda Hermosa

Hello fellow 3d enthusiasts.

1/ I'm about to make an old fisherman character, the kind that tell sea stories by the fire in a tavern. I have some nice M4 models and Aged for V4/M4 but I'm looking for something more like warts, moles, hair in the ears.
Also I'm looking for some clothing for him (for 20th and 21th century). Just imagine a Popeye kind of character.

2/ I'm also looking for some interiors for the Hacienda Hermosa (http://www.daz3d.com/hacienda-hermosa) or Via Serena (http://www.daz3d.com/via-serena). Something kinda rustic and warm. I've found the Village Bedroom (http://www.daz3d.com/village-bedroom) wich is nice but I would like something more, for dinning room, salon, kitchen, patio, other rooms, etc.
