Cast shadows in bryce 7.1 not working?

Hi there, search is showing no results for this topic. Which is weird.
Cast shadows are on in the lighting edit options, at 100, yet objects are not casting shadows on one another.

Help is much aprpeciated.
Note: no google search of forum search is turning anything relevant up. No help topics within Bryce are showing anything relevant. A search through bryce tutorials shows nothing for cast shadows.

    @lukifer - welcome to Bryce and this forum. Check in the Sky Lab that Sun/Moon Shadow Intensity is at 100. This is a global control.

    @lukifer: Hello and welcome. Go into the Render Options and chose Premium effects, then tick the Cast shadows circle directly below Premium effects.
