Ball Joint Doll-2 joint issues

I purchased BJD-type 2 quite a while ago and have been experimenting with it recently. I had morphing issues that I was able to solve - it's quite a cute figure now that I have fine-tuned it a bit. Current problem - the joints pop out when posing it - see attachment. It would probably help if I had a set of poses made deliberately for BJD-2 . . . anyone else have thoughts on this?
