cart order paypal installers working ?

Is the cart-order system working properly with paypal ? I would like to get the supersuit, but if I'm going to spend that much money I want it as instant download. I've been reading there's a lot of fuss with cart pricing, ordering, installers, paypal and whatnot. Has all this been solved ?

I've placed several orders with payPal - the only stuck order I've had is one that was covered by store credit. There was a problem with PayPal at the end of last week, but it was fixed fairly quickly (unsticking the affected orders was another matter).
