[Tutorial] Daz3D Morphs to an external rigged Haircut/Cloth. (For Blender/Unity/Unreal)

I've been struggling for a long time on this one. I wish an answer existed on the internet, but it appear that I was the only one to try to actually make a game out of Daz. This process was used for :
- Using my custom eye model and shader with the Daz3D gen8 model by propagating the morphs on my eye model https://gyazo.com/8433eb92a5983c9589b516d1992a88d3
- Using my custom hairs with the Daz3D gen8 model and avoiding clipping https://gyazo.com/2f793e1142564533b1a3e610f288c01b
Daz3D break the rigging on FBX import. So if you want the morphs from the Daz3D base models, AND to keep your cloths/hairs rigging here is the process :
