Missing downloads and broken support page
Hi there, some help would be appreciated - when I logged in to buy the Supersuit just now I discovered that everything on my downloads page except that and the free Ultralight I got a week or so ago has completely vanished. I think I had downloaded everything but I'm not sure, so I want to double check. Then when I tried to submit a help request, I got taken to a broken page. I tried emailing the [email protected] address that was given in my order confirmation... only to get a message back that I "don't have access to this group". I'm starting to feel a little nervous at this point about paying any more money for anything if it might disappear, and I can't even get in touch with anyone!

You can reset your downloads through your Itemised Order History - it's in alphabetical order.
