    There's a clean version on the police car (undamaged/destroyed) in Stonemason's vehicle set though the promos don't show it, which has the general shape of an NY taxi, though it would need a re texturing if someone needed it in a crunch.

    Renderosity has the CV-1 Police Car, a yellow taxi texture is included. Maybe that fit your needs.
