lol I did the same thing
Not used to having two pages of materials haha
I think I'm gonna create separate material folders for each item, as there are SO MANY presets holy crap!
The level of detail absolutely supports 4k... am loving the shadowed effect of layered stockings & hose and the little tweaks done by HH that really shine when you do a large render. I think I already said it, but it's pretty darn cool work.
I've got a small issue where the collars of the operator blazer poke through the blazer itself, but only on the left side. Can't seem to fix it too.
The under breast section of the blazer doesn't appear to be smooth, esp with non-default G8F breasts.
Can you provide a screen capture or quick render please so I know exactly where the issue(s) are.
What breasts morph(s) are you using and will be using? These will require there own morphs but is no problem. Also the product comes with two official Mystique breast morphs found (in the parameters pane) under G8F>actor>chest>Herschel Hoffmeyer that work great.
Nice render N3p3nth3! Don't forget to apply that heel pose after applying a full-body pose to make sure heel doesn't become distorted.
Good shout, I usually don't do it if mark 1 eyeball is close enough on the full-body (just fine-tune the ankle bend/twist/sideside), but I'll make sure to do that in the future. :)
I apologize for the black and white picture. If it's necessary I'll try and open the file when I can. The gray part and the black part of the blazer intersect but it's only on the left side. The other side of the clothing is fine. I though it might had to to something with the included breast morph (since my characters breasts were already kinda big and it made them massive). But I turned it off it's the same thing. (sorry for my English, I hope I explained it well enough).
Here is a collar adjustment morph that should fix the problem and please let me know if it does. Just download the file and install it to your daz library folder, same one the Mystique product installed in.
It works a little bit. Though Now that I've tried some other morphs some more. I've used the "undress expose breasts" morph which seems to cause the poking through. I've reduced it by a bunch and that seems to fix it.
Oops, sorry. I was hoping to catch you before downloading. I should have double checked the morph in daz, I fixed it. Sorry for the double download, here is the correct morph as the last one was not properly exported from my modeler.
Collar Adjustment Morph
Well, I tried that, and unless I did something wrong (I just overwritten the previous collar morph) it doesn't do that much either. I'll keep the undress morph thingy on a lower number for now. That seems to work as well. There's enough breast to be seen :)
You did restart DS after replacing the morph?
No the issue was definitely on my end again lol. It's one of those days for me, to many distractions at the house. I must have forgot to save the wearable once the morph was working properly. Tested and retested, third time's a charm.
Collar Adjustment Morph V3 lol
No material presets for the Support Bra?
You should have...
Mystique 2
Operator
Masquerade
Be sure to notice, depending on your setup, multiple pages of material presets.
Duh! I never thought about the extra page(s). I'm so used to just one lol.
Thanks.
I know right?
There's a LOT of materials lol. I just finished making some folders and separating everything by item so I don't get lost in them all haha
Haha, I'll test it out later today! Thanks for trying, it happens to all of us I guess :D edit: It worked perfectly, thanks!!!
You can also 'zoom out' the pages, because they're all in one page for me.
I loved the first set. Grabbed the second core set. I wish I could afford all three packages
Which figure was used for the promo of this product?
https://www.daz3d.com/mystique-2-for-genesis-8-females
Thanks
My own that I'm working on that will be released as the official Mystique character for the Mystique line of products. I have more info about this upcoming character on my artstation blog (artstation link in signature).
Love the bend corrective morphs they look great! She is a insta-buy!
Mystique 2 I had to do some mesh grabber in some spots on the hose nothing major tho mainly around the knee area. The veil on the other hand I went round and round with. The veil comes back to far over the hair/ears which made it look funny with this image (It looks fine when the hair is down like in the promos). I also tried to dforce it to take on more of the face shape but nope it didn't matter what I did it would always fall through her face for some reason. So I got out my handy mesh grabber and along with the included morphs made it close to what I was going for. The set only includes a white bottom with the skulls where the bra comes with white and black but it was an easy fix to change the color!
Stunning outfit as usual!!
(I just realized I hid the choker and didn't turn it back on *forehead slap)
I've read your blog, can't wait for the character and various morphs. As well as the additional content. The weekend is almost over
Great render! What character are you using? You should be able to correct all stocking issues with the adjustment morphs provided. To be absolutely perfect, as a product, you would need a morph for every joint bend for every supported character.
The veil was designed to match that of reference images which came back a bit further actually. Usually, with a veil, you need complimenting hair to go with but exposing the ears (where the veil ends) I don't think is a bad thing.
Everything looks great though, good job!
The character will more than likely be coming to Daz. I haven't decided yet but I think I can turn it into a big enough product for a daz release. Also, with all the custom bending morphs, I have to follow that up with the proper clothing morphs for that bend. I have a lot more work ahead of me for this one than I originally planned.
Another blog update will be coming later today explaining more and the Garter Belt will become available for purchase.
Hopefully that'll include the tattoos? If so, maybe include it as a standalone L.I.E preset, so that it can be used with any texture.
Deviantart is blowing up with mystique pictures, so I have seen quite a few by now, but this one is absolutely exquisite. I'm going to stick to my day job! :D
Also would love to know which character you used as base!
It would be great if you could at some point create a morph to adjust each Strappy Garter strap individually.
Instabuy! You're quickly becoming my favorite costume creator!
Getting the lighting was a bit tricky
