The bridge is out

So I was able to successfully install all four bridges and then ran into a new problem.  When I use the bridge in DAZ, the information is being sent to a temp file SOMEWHERE on my computer.  I go into C4D and try to bring it in via DAZtoC4D, but C4D is pulling from a different file.  How can you trace which folder the information from Daz is going, where Max is pulling it and how can you re-direct so the bridge is finally speaking between the different programs?
