Talk Designer Assistant 2 - issue

I am having a permitions issue with talk designer assistant 2 as follows

File "Talk Designer Assistant 2_P9_Pro2012.py", line 953, in CreateVisemeMap
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: u'C:\\Program Files\\Smith Micro\\Poser Pro 2012\\Runtime\\LipSync/GenesisVisemeMap.xml'

How on earth do I give it permition to create the file as I'm already logged in as supvisor?

    Well changed the directories option to create and the file issue was resolved.
    Now if I can only get V5's teeth to unclench when she's talking?
