Content paths broken by latest install

Just installed the latest 4.6.43.50 pro version. Much of my content (but not all) now has base directory C:\ProgramData\DAZ 3D\My DAZ Library instead of c:\dazcontent where the files are actually stored. Editing the base paths has absolutely no effect.

I really, really don't want to go though a whole search and categorise content again :( - any suggestions?

My bad - looks like it just created a bunch of duplicate / orphan references - easily resolved (phwew!!)
