Install manager, network

Once upon a time the install manager worked great. i could download all my orders in one fell swoop, now i constantly get an error message that the connection is lost and I have to shut down the install manager and start over. I checked my firewall to make sure the install manger had access to my computer. I'm not sure what has changed, but i'm wondering if there is a fix.
