Is their an ethnic chart for basic morphing configurations somewhere

Has anyone ever posted an ethnic chart for basic configurations in morphing G2 Females into ethnic characters. or maybe like basic starting points for Japanese and Chinese facial and head structures. I'm not looking for complete shapes but they would make good reference guides also.
I just bought the genesis morphing bundle and this is my first try - I gave her some small elf ears because the hair doesn't fit quite right -
I may need to re adjusting the hair more than I have but - How do you use the hair fitting piece for the standard G2 female - I select it and I get the white cap but I don't see any adjustments and the hair become transparent -

V4 and M4 had some morphs that were approximations of ethnic diversity but I tend to use more of the facial expressions along with those shapes to achieve an overall result.
A web search might turn up some insights as to facial distinctions between ethnicities that could applied but I'm reminded of an old Howard Stern Show bit when he had several Asian guests on a panel and asked his staff to identify their countries of origin based on facial structure distinctions and it's was all in vein since every last one of them were Chinese Americans.
As far as the hair goes I sometimes find when I change the shape of the head I can adjust the x,y,&z scale and translations individually to better cover those gaps made by the morph targets.
Yeah - I can't find anything online except on the eyes and that's kind of self explanatory - I was hoping to find some reference points - You don't see to many traditional characters like Pai Chan and Kokoro from DOA or Tifa Lockhart from final fantasy - Maybe I could design an Asian randomizer - lol
Wouldn't a family this traditional look cool -

This products shows a good distinction between the Asians with a flat forehead and the traditional African Americans with the rounder shapes.

I guess a good distinction is as you suggest - find something you like and start morphing -
Knowing Howard the show ended with White Fish - The guys amazing - One minute your watching this great interview and then the next your watching an 11 year old - lol
Thanks for the hair data.

I saw the girl in the promo on the bottom left and though it was a good likeness of an Asian Indian and then the promo on the right with the same picture said "Native American" which it did, but to me I would limit it to South Western North American like Apache or Arapaho IMHO because I'm no expert.
If you can work from a photograph you can usually come up with some good stuff. I can't get likenesses down but I can come close and close is generally usable.
I've got Asian and African face morph sets for G2F (there are matching ones for G2M) that include the epicanthic fold (as well as the almond eyes with no fold, as in your render). All the presets are made from individual lesser face morphs included in the pack, so you can use just the eye morphs, just the noses, etc. if you wish.
There are options for both the single epicanthic fold and the double fold (some single fold examples in the second promo). I learned through my research for the products that about half of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese people have a double fold, half do not. Some people in Asia find the single fold unattractive and have it surgically altered, as Jackie Chan did (for example), but I think it's lovely and fascinating, so I kept it in.
