How to Save New Shaping Paths?

I just found out that I could rearrange shaping files in GF2. This is fantastic, because all those morphs are so disorganized and its hard to find morphs unless you open every subset. But how do I save the new paths permanently?

    File>Save as>Support Asset>Save Modified Assets, make sure that the right things are listed and uncheck as needed.
