cannot find uberhair shaders ANYWHERE in ds 4.6

It is installed. I have found it on my harddrive. It seems to be in the right place. But I cannot find it in either smart content or my content library ANYWHERE. I have done searches, everything. Where is it??

    Content Library > DAZ Studio Formats > [content library name] > Shaders > Uberhair
