As Genesis can use all V4 textures any Merchant resource kit for V4 is for Genesis as well. I do not remember one sold for both.
SO I only found one http://www.daz3d.com/texture-resources/alpha-merchant-resource-kit-for-v4 am I missing something? Because I thought there were more of these textures..

Often searching by less than the full name will pull more hits I just left V4 off the search.
There is the ARTMakeover Merchant Resource for Victoria 4 and Genesis which appeared a few weeks ago.
