[Released] Now-Crowd Billboards - Sailing the Seven Seas and Conquistadors
Coming soon, two new Now-Crowd Billboard Products: Sailing the Seven Seas and Conquistadors!
Now-Crowd Billboards - Sailing the Seven Seas
Avast ye mateys! Sail the Seven Seas in search of gold and glory with the new Now-Crowd Billboards - Sailing the Seven Seas. All we need now is a fast ship and a good crew. I canna help ye with the ship but I've found the best crew to ever sail the Spanish Main with these 'ere billboards. Fill your cargo hold with treasure and your sailing ship scenes with a large crowd of scum, sailors, villains, and buccaneers, the perfect backdrop for the main action that you add!
Now-Crowd Billboards - Sailing the Seven Seas is the LARGEST billboard product ever released by RiverSoft Art, with 40 Billboards!
Billboards are a fantastically quick and resource easy way to add background crowds to your scenes. These pre-rendered elements are great to play the background characters in your scene. The Now-Crowd Billboards improves on standard billboards by providing at least 72 or more different views for every billboard figure. Change a billboard figure to 12 different horizontal angles and 6 different vertical angles. When your camera moves, the Now-Crowd Billboards can be changed to match!
There are also great scripts to make these billboards easy to use! There is one script to turn the billboards to face the camera and another script to change billboard figure angle based on horizontal and vertical orientation. Finally, there is a script that pushes your billboard directly away from your camera view or pulls it towards you.
For Iray and 3Delight

Yes, Please.
This is great! Any plans for British Navy Officers and Sailors?
Thanks. I am glad you like it. As a fan of the old Pirates! video game, this was fun to make. I hope others will like it.
Right now, no. Though maybe I could make a small add-on for the officers.
Arrrrr!!*
*Translation: Yay, been especially looking forward to the sailors - looks awesome as usual :)
Forgot to add. What clothing is available for british officers?
Thanks! And thanks for the translation; my Pirate tongue is slightly rusty!
[Grunt]*
Avast ye scurvy dogs, man th' cannons, there do no be a treasure like this ev'ry plunder**
*no worries
**I believe this shall be an immediate purchase
This will definitely sail into my basket :)
[Grunt]*?!?! Laff o' loud!
Then may ya have smooth sailin' !!! Thank ya matey!
LOVE THIS!
Thanks! These products made my 10 year old me with the wooden pirate sword happy.
Corsair for M5 and Genesis (a little fiddly to autofit)
Ok, thanks. I might try to push out a mini-crowd in a relatively short time period.
In light of Valentino 8's release, I would say that your timing is inscrutable, RSA. There's also a new naval officer's outfit with textures.
That would certainly be easier to use! I wish I had had that whole bundle while working on this. I had to cobble stuff together.
Is it accurate you think?
Does the Sailing the Seven Seas come with the ship Which one is in the promos?
Nope. It was acquired at another site.
I'm all in on this one. Love the historical ones.
I am glad you like it!
Nearly missed this - was this released yesterday? I missed a slot on the carousel and suddenly saw 2 new ones today. Congrats on the release :)
And they are released!
No, just released. I guess Daz is having a two-fer today with the Frontline Heroes bundle
It was released today. There are indeed two new banners today, the "regular" sale for today which is the "Take to the seas" one, and the special bundle for the Red Cross.
Bought both sets, but "Sailing the Seven Seas" won't install through DIM. Tried to delete pacage, re-download and install, but install stops at 64% each time. " Conquistadors" installed through DIM like a breeze.
Ah, thanks - I thought I'd lost a day
This is an issue that you need to report to Daz. They handle all installation issues.
(And thank you for your support )
With this pandemic, I have lost more than a day!
