new updates to starter essentialsfrom DIM?

I noticed DIM has updates for male and female starter essentials.

Do you know what these updates are ? one of them is 368 MB!

    Latest entry in the readme history:
    2014-04-02 - Fixed metadata on Barefoot Dancer pose, updated low quality render settings with Barefoot Dancer, removed HumanSurface Shader from Genesis 2 Male materials
