Swap left and right (mirror?) poses

Is there a way to swap left and right poses in Carrara like you do in DAZ Studio with the symmetry tool? Or mirror NLA clips like Animate can mirror aniblocks in DAZ Studio?

    But it doesn't affect anything beyond the current frame

    Of all of Fenric's plugins I've bought (I have almost all of them) they are all now a vital part of my workflow. Carrara just wouldn't be the same without our wonderful plugin engineers! ;)
