What is Genesis 2 - DMC?

I Isntalled the new version of daz and so the essentianls and I noticed there is an archive that says Genesis 2 - DMC, I don't remember it was before, but, what it does? I should install it?

    Addon content for Genesis such as hair and clothes. Just a little somehting to get a new user started off.

    How is add on content with just 1.63kb?

    DMC is a DAZ Mimic file, for use with the Mimic plugin (program)

    You don't need it unless you use animation, and want your characters mouth to move as if speaking.

    It's a configuration file so that Mimic knows which morphs to use on Genesis, I think - that's what .dmc (DAZ Mimic Configuration) files usually are.
