Comic Kit [Commercial] [Released]

So back when we released our LIE Face Bruises, we mentioned we had a "comic kit" in the works. Of course, our "modern leg prosthetic leg" for G3 & 8 Males and Females took quite a while to finish, so we had to stop the comic kit halfway through it to focus on that. Regardless, we added a tease in one of our leg prosthetic promos: 

COMIC KIT

Fast-forward to the end of last month, we finally managed to finish our Comic Kit and submit it. Our plan is that, if the product does well, we'll expand upon it.

Product Details:

"Comic Kit" includes 14 iconic word props and 2 punctuation marks to help add storytelling to your renders. Whether you’re doing graphic novels, comics or just want to give your renders some flare, these iconic marks will certainly help you out!

Each of the 14 props comes with several (14) morphs to give the words different feels by twisting, stretching, bending, expanding and/or contracting the typography. In addition, we’ve included 3 Iray material presets in the form of designer sets for each prop.

If you’re feeling creative and wish to personalize the materials, we’ve also included a DIY kit that includes several Iray material presets that will allow you to: add textures, add overlay masks and add overlay masks to help you achieve your vision. All you'll need to do is add the colors yourself via the surfaces pane!

In total, you get 215 Material Presets, but with the ability to mix and match the sky is the limit!

Use this pack to punctuate actions your characters are taking or simply use the words to decorate the scene, the choice is yours!

What's Included and Features:

Comic kit includes:

  • 14 common comic word props with up to 14 morphs each to alter their shapes.
  • Iray material presets meant to help you create the perfect look via:
    • 7 Base textures material presets for each element.
    • 13 Overlay Masks material presets for each element.
    • 14 Cutout Masks material presets for each element.
    • 6 Emission presets.
  • 48 Designer Sets Material presets (3 styles for each element).

    These are so cool! Makes me wish I was doing comic / graphic novel style renders!

    Thank you! We based the design of this on the movie "Spiderman: into the spider verse". These set of props are super fun to use, so hopefully people will get inspired to use them even on regular renders (non-comics or graphic novels) as part of the decoration!
