Where are the new Bryce 7 content?

I am installing Bryce on a new laptop but the extra content not showing up.  I am not sure which files consisting them.

I have both these downloaded:

content 7.0.0.21

content 7.0.0.19

I have installed 7.0.0.21.  If I want to install 7.0.0.19, I get an error message.  It say I need to uninstall the content, I assume 7.0.0.21 needs to be uninstalled.

The number of the file seems that 7.0.0.21 is a later version or not?  I thought the pro content is in the later numbered version.
