    I didn't know him but I am sorry he is gone. I read the stories he posted (before I realized that he was gone) and quite enjoyed them, he was very good!

    He did so much for us in the New User contests.  He made the tech gibberish understandable, he explained things so well.  Never talked down to any of us, and encouraged us all.

    A unique man to do so much for others, while struggling for his own life and health.

    I will admit there is another sad reason i remembered, the last time I chatted with him was on the 18th of July a plane with Australians on board was shot down over Ukraine, hadn't heard from him again then learnt he had died from his kidneys giving out with an infection, the anniversary of that plane being blown up was 10 years
