How do you get DA 4.6 to make clear pics??

I have tried Daz 4.6 many times but I am continually disappointed with the render results. The pics come out dark and fuzzy... not clear and bright like Daz 3... so I go back to Daz 3....

    Adjust the Shading Rate in the Advanced tab of render Settings - DS3 defaulted to .2, DS4 defaults to 1.

    It is set to 1.00 in DS4

    What is a better number??

    The lower the number the better the result, but the longer the render time.

    I usually use 0.3 or 0.2
