Skin and detail on my figures? Help please

I have been looking and haven't had any luck finding an answer. My question is how do I add more detail to both hands and feet. I mean is it possible to add wrinkles or creases to the hands and feet? I have: Ideal Beauty Shapes: Feet for Genesis which is suppose to help increase detail but I don't see much difference. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Greetings,
I haven't checked the feet, but the HD morphs for Genesis 2 add significant detail to the hands...

Maybe you could port Marieah's free V4 hands and feet over to Genesis?

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the info!
One thing that will help with fine details...toning down the SSS effect.
Also, a 0.20 or lower shading rate, in the render settings, along with sinc as a pixel filter (gaussian, box, and triangle are very 'soft'/fuzzy and don't show much fine detail)...and maybe bumping the pixel samples to 8 (x,y). Those 'tweaks' will increase details, some, but come with the cost of increasing render time.
