Zev0 has Belly Control products, as well as others, for greater control over body shapes.

hmm yes I believe I have most of those, I'm looking though for something larger still so that the belly looks more beach ball than basket ball, bad examples I know, but I think you get what I mean but thanks for pointing them out for me

You can always set the limits higher in the shape settings. That allows for some rather insane volumes....

The images are in the wrong order, but anyway...

The bottom picture shows the shaping tab. In it, you have the regular pregnancy ruler. The maximum value is 1. For comparision, in the image with the two ladies, that would be the left hand person (Value 1 for pregnancy).
Now, if you click on the little cog wheel to the right (as marked in the second image), you can then change the maximum value for the morph under "MAX", and go beyond the set limits of the morph.
I set it to 5 here.
Click accept. Then, slide the ruler until the belly looks as you desire. The lady on the left is preggers with an elephant, at a value of 4.31. ;-)
Of course, this will look better with the belly morphs, as the pregnancy morph also morphes the rest of the hip area. The procedure is the same for all morphs and other parameters.
You can change the maximum and minimum settings to meet your requirements.

ok been giving what you guys told me a try, and while I can now make the bellies much bigger (for which the guy's I do this for thank you) the one thing that bug me is the way it puts that supper weird curve in the model which ruins the look from any other angle but head on is there a feature on the program that can minimize or even turn off whatever is causing this.
yes I do ask for a lot and I thank you all for your continued patients

I'd recommend you buy the Zev0 Belly controls. They offer options to manipulate many different parts of the belly, and you can also increase the maximum setting of these morphs.

But at some point, you will reach the limit of the polygone-web that the character is made of. When you have reached that "limit of looks", breaking it will make everything look weird, no matter what else you manipulate.
Beyond that, you will have to reach into modelling software like zBrush or Hexagon.

hmm I do have hexagon version 2.something or other so I might try that but I was hopping there was some sort of collision control option in the program that could be altered, but I will give the hexagon thing a try in the meen time

I've attached an example of what you can do with the Zev0 Belly Control.
This is still very moderate, as the only parameter I pushed beyond its limit is the "pregnancy" one (which, btw, only affects the tummy and not the rest of the body).
The fourth image (bottom right) is using the "beer belly" setting as a base. :-)

hmm that does sound useful so i'll probably give them a looking,
now these two images will hopefully highlight what it is that's annoying me, also I once heard you could do something about clothing that skin clips through on the g1 was wondering if the G2 models have the same feature

Yes, and it's not so much a Genesis/Gensis2 feature as it is a DS4.x feature. Smoothing/collisions/push modifiers were one of the big DS4 additions.

    But...

That said, NO amount of smoothing/push/collisions is going to prevent/improve/eliminate THAT kind of breaking...there just aren't enough polygons in the clothing to stretch enough to cover that extreme of a morph.
